Since I started this blog in 2015, I have been so humbled by the many connections I have made through my writing. There is something incredibly deep, personal and very genuine about connecting with someone through their writing.
One of those people is Keith McArthur, a fellow blogger, writer, and social media guru who manages My Instruction Manual – a place dedicated to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
One great component of Keith’s site is a regular podcast where each episode brings together subject matter experts on various topics from personal development to self-improvement – two key things in life which have an endless yet evolving journey. And as you know, my own blog is centred around this theme as well so I can relate well.
I was fortunate enough to be a part of this endeavour after I was interviewed for one of the episodes to talk about a recent blog post I had written on appreciating your past, but never looking back on it with regret. As a blogger, I was so humbled simply for being asked because it gave me a sense of deep fulfillment knowing that my writing was impactful and inspirational enough to have taken notice to that degree. It only further solidified my passion for it.
Please have a peak at the podcast in its entirety and be sure to subscribe for regular updates. My interview can be heard in episode three, which can be found here.
Keith, thank you for the opportunity to share my story with your listeners. I look forward to collaborating again soon.
Remember, what makes blogging truly special and meaningful is not just the writing itself, but when the writing becomes that magnetic force that attracts beautiful, positive and like-minded people from all over the world to form a community with a special bond.
