30 Days to Healthy Living & Beyond

Last year I shared with you my initiative with Arbonne – a global skin care and nutrition company dedicated to healthy living through plant-based, vegan products. I’ll admit, it’s been a challenging road maintaining my activity with promoting the brand but I do whenever I get the opportunity.

That’s why I wanted to share with you an exciting initiative they are launching for 2018: Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living.

Without sounding too cliched as we hear about weight-loss and detox programs all the time, Arbonne’s approach to healthier living takes on a unique approach by showing how this program promotes cellular cleansing and not a diet.

The program’s main focus is to encourage clean eating to help your body cleanse itself over a reasonable period of time. The program covers smarter grocery ideas, meal preps, and much more that can help repair unhealthy skin and restore that glow and rejuvenate your overall mental and physical health. The intention of the program is to give you about a month to re-develop your eating patterns and get into a routine so that at the end of the cycle, you’ll have transform your lifestyle enough to be able to comfortably continue with program onwards.

Lynn Puana is an Executive National Vice President with Arbonne and gives a deeper dive into this great program answering any additional questions you might have about the program.

There is also a lot of buzz on social media. Depending on where you live you can join various Facebook groups and follow the many success stories of current and past participants of the program.

It’s a new year and a new you so what better time to try this out? There is never a bad time to remind ourselves of valuable our bodies are.
